Our scope included mechanical HVAC work to support the change of use, ensuring full compliance with the Ontario Building Code and City of Toronto requirements. The system was designed and installed to provide efficient heating, cooling, ventilation, and exhaust suitable for a residential care home environment.
The work required careful coordination within an existing occupied building, maintaining life safety systems, fire separations, and uninterrupted services to surrounding areas. All ductwork, ventilation, and exhaust systems were installed and inspected in accordance with approved mechanical drawings and municipal inspection stages.
